When is check-in?

Check-in is available from 3 PM. If you require early check-in, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

When is check-out?

Check-out is by 11 AM. If you wish to arrange a late check-out, please contact reception in advance.

Is the reception open 24 hours?

Yes, our reception is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets up to 5kg stay free of charge, for heavier pets there is surcharge of 4000 rsd, regardless of the length of stay. Advance notification is required.

What are the operating hours of the Spa Center?

Radno vreme je od 9 do 21h. Radno vreme za decu do 12 godina je od 9 do 18h.

*U periodima velike okupiranosti, moguća je promena radnog vremena.

Is unlimited access to the Spa Center included in the price?

Yes, unlimited access (during operating hours) is included in your standard stay package.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Your stay includes our signature Royal Breakfast buffet – a regal selection of local and international delicacies.

Does the restaurant offer half-board or full-board meal plans?

No, our restaurant operates à la carte exclusively. Therefore, we don’t offer half-board or full-board meal plan supplements (you may order dishes individually from our menu).

What are the restaurant's operating hours?

Our restaurant is available for:
Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
À la carte service: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Can external guests use any of your services?

Yes, absolutely. External guests are welcome to enjoy our restaurant services and all facilities – including the Spa Center, fitness gym, and children’s playroom.

Is there an additional charge for parking?

Yes, parking (both outdoor and in our garage) is available for 1,000 RSD per day.
